
Experience in negotiating agreements and contracts with strong comprehension of legal and commercial terms and conditions.Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications Microsoft Excel expertise a must.Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of purchasing experience or equivalent education and experience.Performs various reporting and spend analysis to support the goals of spend management, terms, cost reduction, service levels, and contract renewals.Tracks cost savings, cost avoidances, and cost increases.Keeps apprised of market trends, changes in business practices in the assigned categories.Administers and manages supplier contracts to ensure compliance externally and internally.



The ideal candidate must understand and have experience in project management and services provided in support of the indirect categories. The position will also assist and help with the roll out of key project initiatives for the Indirect Procurement organization such as Coupa improvements and the Supplier Diversity Program. This position will have accountability for the broad range of all Indirect categories, not specializing in one specific area, and work across the EMEA region. The Associate Category Manager is a strategic setter, collaborator, project manager, and negotiator who applies strong knowledge of service offerings to Indirect Spend for the company.
